How We Can Work Together to Implement StrengthSync in Your Business
Once you have enrolled in StrengthSync, here is an itemized breakdown of what you can expect:
Project Setup
We will set up your StrengthSync engagement in our project management system and send you an invitation link. You will be able to track the progress every step of the way. And, see the reports and results for your team members.
We will buy the CliftonStrengths® assessment codes from Gallup®. Each of your team members will need their own code to complete the assessment. These codes will be distributed directly to your team (and to you).
Team Contact Information
We will send you a short email with instructions on how to give us the names, titles, and email addresses for each of your team members. This is critically important so we can communicate directly with them. But, rest assured, their individual CliftonStrengths® reports will be available for you to review in the documents section of our project system.
Completing the Assessment
We will email each of your team members (and you) individually with the CliftonStrengths® assessment code, and complete instructions on how to complete the assessment. Each person should be able to complete the assessment in 15 to 20 minutes.
Team Dynamics Review and Report
After every team member has completed the assessment, our Gallup® certified coach will review everything and prepare a report on the current team dynamics. This will be a written report (produced by Gallup) and accompanied by a Loom video walking through the entire report.
(Optional) Synchronous Live Question and Answer Delivered
During your enrollment in StrengthSync, you will have the option to add-on an hour long live Q&A session with our Gallup® certified coach. You will have the option of just attending, or you can invite selected, or all of your team. Your choice.
